Please supply as much information as you can so that we can give you the best possible advice in the quickest amount of time.
Tell us things like: The size of your aquarium,
The types of fish you have (not just the sick ones),,br> What type of filtration you are using,
What your water parameters are i.e., PH, Hardness, Ammonia, nitrite, nitrate KH etc. (If you don’t know that’s ok, it just helps us if you do),
What type of products you are adding to you aquarium i.e. water conditioner, water ager etc,
How often you do water changes and how much water you change,
What temperature the aquarium is on,
What foods you are using and how much you feed.
The more information you can give us the better. We will always give you the best advice we can.
