Hi, my friend has given me this fish which we don't know the name of this fish ?
he has kept them in the pond for 2 years, and he has given up his pond. also can I keep this fish with my comets in my pond. thanks in advance. size roughly 7cm

That fish is Perca fluviatilis, otherwise known as redfin, or redfin perch.
They will grow fast and they will grow big, and they will eat any fish that can fit into its large mouth. HTH Greg |
