ok condition but i like my water really crystal clean how to i achieve this i have two filters on each side of the glass and a big homemade diy filter the tank
is a 4ft i was thinking of purchasing a canister but will that solve the problem all i want is really clear water and for it not to smell like dirt.

I have started a new tank its a 4x2x2 and have been using a seachem product called stability to establish the bio filter as per the directions of a 7 day
treatment.

I originally had a high GH of around 24 degrees, which i managed to get down by doing water changes and getting out a lot of crap out of the tank, the
substrate had been cleaned prior to being put in the tank but still seemed to have stuff in it.

other small fish will eat them.

<p>i just brecently bought a tri of pepps 1M about 12cm 2F about 10 - 11cm. i wanting to try and let them breed. They are in a standard 2ft tank glass bottom
in african water. There are 3 terrecotta caves in there, is this to many? I am not sure on my water levels Ph Gh and so on, but going to the LFS tomorrow to
get checked. I want to learn how to check water but tried once or twice and figured out color blindness does not help. There are no plants or other fish in

I have a 760 litre tank. I am currently changing 150/180 litres every two weeks. (seems to be working with the amount of fish and filtration I have)

I change the water by hose directly into the tank and adding all chemicals to a bucket dissolving them and slowly adding to the tank as its fills.

I have been told this isn&#39;t the best way to do it.
